Supporting our owners with payment relief

We are offering financial relief to our customers who are leasing or financing their vehicle through Subaru Financial Services. Each situation is unique, so we will be customizing a plan for you on a case-by-case basis.

Customers can request payment relief by logging into the Subaru Customer Portal, where you can easily request changes to your account from the comfort and convenience of your own home. It is quick, easy and available 24/7. We look forward to better days ahead. Until then, stay safe.

Assisting new customers with deferred payments

If you need a new vehicle during this difficult period, we want to extend our support to you too. We’re offering all customers purchasing a new Subaru vehicle* and financing through Subaru Financial Services, a 120 day payment deferral*. Reach out to your local Subaru Dealer and they will be happy to help you get back on the road with confidence.
